By making a reservation at Posada de Ajo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Payments
   Payment is made directly at the hotel. A credit card will be requested as a guarantee. We may perform pre-authorizations or charges to verify its validity. Deposits paid will be deducted from the total cost of the stay.

2. Check-in and Check-out                                                                   Check-in: between 14:00 and 18:00. Check-out: before 12:00. Arrivals outside these hours must be confirmed with the property in advance. Reservations will be cancelled at 22:00 on the day of arrival if the guest does not show up.

3. Cancellations
   Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. If cancelled outside the allowed period or in case of no-show, the following charges apply:

   • 100% of the total for 1-night reservations

   • 50% of the total for 2–3 night reservations

   • 40% of the total for reservations of more than 3 nights
     If a deposit has been made, it will be retained.

4. Extra Beds
   All children over 2 years old must have an extra bed. Supplement: €20/night. Must be requested prior to arrival.

5. Pets
   Pets are welcome with a supplement of €10/night. Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with a pet. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the rooms or on the property. Pets are not allowed on beds; otherwise, the extra bed charge will apply. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. The property reserves the right to refuse admission of a pet if deemed necessary.

6. Taxes
   VAT is included in the price. No additional municipal taxes or service charges apply.

7. Acceptance
   By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
